Welcome to Ama Shop It! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

Definitions

• Ama Shop It: The online marketplace operated by AMAZZ SHOP IT (BN – 7842955).
• Buyer: Any individual or entity that purchases products through Ama Shop It.
• Seller: Any individual or entity that lists and sells products on Ama Shop It.
• User: Refers to both Buyers and Sellers collectively.

2. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Buyer Terms

3.1. Purchasing Products

• By placing an order, Buyers agree to the total amount specified, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Prices are subject to change.
• Buyers are responsible for checking the product descriptions and ensuring they meet their requirements.

3.2. Delivery

• Ama Shop It works with third-party logistics partners to deliver products. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.
• Tracking: Buyers will receive order tracking information upon dispatch.

3.3. Returns and Refunds

• Buyers can return products within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
• Products that are damaged, used, or altered may not qualify for refunds. For further details, refer to our Refund Policy.

4. Seller Terms

4.1. Listing Products

• Sellers must ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and comply with Ama Shop It guidelines.
• Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that products listed are legal, safe, and do not violate any third-party rights.

4.2. Order Fulfillment

• Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and notify Buyers of any delays. Orders not shipped within 48 hours may be canceled.
• Sellers are required to ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

4.3. Fees and Commission

• Ama Shop It charges 5% commission on each sale. The commission rate is disclosed to Sellers during registration.
• Sellers are responsible for any taxes related to their sales.

5. Buyer Protection and Dispute Resolution

Ama Shop It offers Buyer protection. In cases of disputes regarding defective or unsatisfactory products, Buyers may:

• Contact the Seller directly to resolve the issue.
• File a dispute through our platform’s Dispute Resolution Center.

Ama Shop It will mediate the resolution based on our Refund Policy and relevant consumer laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Ama Shop It, including product listings, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

• Sellers must ensure they have the legal right to sell their products and that no counterfeit or unauthorized goods are listed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ama Shop It is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or product defects, as these are the sole responsibility of the Sellers. However, we will work with you to resolve disputes fairly.

8. User Responsibilities

Users must not engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity on the platform. Users are responsible for the content they post and must ensure compliance with all local and international laws.

9. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you agree to submit to arbitration, in accordance with local laws. This clause does not prevent you from pursuing claims in small claims court.

10. Changes to Terms

Ama Shop It reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the territory. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of law.
